Email updates
When you explicitly agree to receive emails, we save your name, email address, date and wording of consent. We use the email list for APÁ Coffee Runs opening alerts and occasional APÁ updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included with our emails or by contacting us. Signing up does not send an immediate email; our bulk email delivery service must be configured before campaigns are sent.
Optional SMS updates
If you provide a US mobile number and separately check the SMS consent box on Coffee Runs, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from APÁ Coffee + Goods about Coffee Runs openings and occasional APÁ offers. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS alerts are not active yet. We are collecting opt-in requests now and will not text until we have a properly configured sending service.
What we collect and how we use it
We collect your name, your opted-in email address and, only if you separately opt in to SMS, your US phone number. We record consent dates and agreed wording plus limited anti-abuse and signup metadata. These details maintain the lists, document your choices, and allow the updates you requested once delivery is available.
We do not sell your email address or phone number or share messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. Email and SMS delivery providers may process information only to deliver our messages and operate the service.
Opting out and questions
Once messaging is active, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help. To leave a waitlist before messages begin, or to ask for deletion of your personal information, email cafeapa562@gmail.com.
